1. Laser Technology Introduction

Laser cutting technology uses the energy released by a laser beam when it is irradiated onto the surface of the fabric. The fabric is melted and the slag is blown away by the gas. Since the laser power is very concentrated, only a small amount of heat is transferred to other parts of the metal sheet, resulting in little or no deformation. The laser can be used to cut complex-shaped blanks very accurately, and the cut blanks do not have to be further processed.

The laser source is generally a carbon dioxide laser beam with an operating power of 150 to 800 watts. The level of this power is lower than that required by many domestic electric heaters, where the laser beam is concentrated in a small area due to the lens and the mirror. The high concentration of energy enables rapid local heating to dissolve the fabric slices.

2. Laser Tube Introduction

In the laser cutting machine, the main work is the laser tube, so we need to understand the laser tube and the structure of it.

The carbon dioxide laser uses a layered sleeve structure, and the inner one is a layer of the discharge tube. However, the diameter of the laser discharge tube of carbon dioxide is thicker than that of the laser tube itself. The thickness of the discharge tube is proportional to the diffraction reaction caused by the size of the spot. The length of the tube and the output power of the discharge tube also form a Proportion.

3. Water Chiller Introduction

During the operation of the laser cutting machine, the laser tube will generate a lot of heat, which affects the normal operation of the cutting machine. Therefore, a special field chiller is needed to cool the laser tube to ensure that the laser cutting machine works normally under constant temperature.
