How the galvo laser marker works

Roll to Roll Laser Cutting Machine: For roll-to-roll flexible material processing, you need 3 units: the auto feeder, the FlyGalvo laser machine, and the winding unit. The whole engraving job can be separated into 3 steps:

Step 1.

The auto feeder of the laser machine will feed the roll material onto the laser machine

Step 2.

The galvo laser starts engraving the whole sheet

Step 3.

The winding unit will collect the roll material after the galvo laser marking machine finishes the engraving job on the fabric

Due to the fine laser beam, the FlyGalvo laser engraver can cut small holes even minimum holes, and with super high precision. The situation will be different if you use the punching machine. Different shapes and diameters of holes require the specified module.  That limits the flexibility of cutting holes and increases the cost.

Besides the flexibility of cutting and cost, the punching holes maybe produce uneven edges and some remnant fragments which affect the holes and fabric quality.
