It operates without the need for original patterns or files. Once the fabric is automatically fed in, the entire process runs automatically, requiring no manual intervention.
The camera captures images after the fabric enters the cutting area, adjusting the cutting contours to correct any deviations, deformations, or rotations. This ensures a high-precision cutting result every time.

The conveyor system, made from stainless steel mesh, is perfect for lightweight and stretchy fabrics like polyester and spandex, commonly used in dye-sublimation.
A specially designed exhaust system beneath the Conveyor Working Table keeps the fabric securely in place during processing. Together with the contact-less laser cutting technology, this setup ensures that there is no distortion, regardless of the laser head's cutting direction.
