- Two independent laser gantries

Matching with the large format working table, the industrial laser cutter is designed with dual laser heads to quickly completing the fabric production. The two independent laser gantries lead the two laser heads to cut the Cordura fabric or other functional fabrics in different positions. In terms of different patterns, two laser heads will move with the optimal cutting path to ensure the different patterns cutting in shortest time. Simultaneous laser cutting doubles productivity and efficiency. The advantage especially stands out on the large format working table.

- Large working table

There is a working area of 1600mm * 3000mm (62.9’’ *118’’) to carry larger or wider materials at one time. Equipped with auto-conveyor system and dual laser heads, the laser large format cutting machine features automatic conveying and continuous cutting to speed up the production process.

- Servo motor

The servo motor features high levels of torque at high speed. It can deliver higher precision on position the gantry and the laser head than the stepper motor does.

- High power

To meet more strict demands for large formats and thick materials, the Cordura laser cutter is equipped with high laser powers of 150W/300W/500W. Such as the large ballistic filler for military gear, bulletproof lining for car, outdoor sports equipment with wide format, higher power can be perfectly competent to instantly cut through.

- Flexible cutting as pattern

Flexible cutting path without any limit on curve and direction. According to imported pattern file, the laser head can move as the designed path to realize accurate and high quality cutting.

▶ Safe & Stable Structure

- Signal light

Due to the automatic processing of our laser cutters, it is often the case that the operator is not at the machine. A signal light would be an indispensable part that can show and remind the operator of the working condition of the machine. Under the normal working condition, it shows a green signal. When the machine finishes working and stops, it would turn yellow. If the parameter is abnormally set or there’s improper operation, the machine will stop and a red alarm light will be issued to remind the operator.

- Emergency button

When the improper operation causes some emergent risk to one’s safety, this button can be pushed down and cut off the machine power immediately. When everything’s clear, only releasing the emergency button, then switching on the power can make the machine power on back to work.

- Safe circuit

Circuits are an important part of the machinery, which guarantees the operators’ safety and machines’ normal operation. All circuit layouts of our machines are using CE & FDA standard electrical specifications. When there comes to be an overload, short circuit, etc., our electronic circuit prevents malfunction by stopping the flow of current.

- Vacuum suction system

Under the working table of our laser machines, there is a vacuum suction system, which is connected to our powerful exhausting blowers. Besides the great effect of smoke exhausting, this system would provide good adsorption of the materials that are put on the working table, as a result, the the thin materials especially fabrics are extremely flat during cutting.

Nesting Software

When you are trying to cut a whole lot of different designs and want to save material to the largest degree, Nesting Software will be a good choice for you. By selecting all the patterns you want to cut and setting the numbers of each piece, the software will nest these pieces with the most usage rate to save your cutting time and roll materials. Simply send the nesting markers to the Flatbed Laser Cutter 160, it will cut uninterruptedly without any further manual intervention.

Auto Feeding System

The Auto Feeder combined with the Conveyor Table is the ideal solution for series and mass production. It transports the flexible material (fabric most of the time) from the roll to the cutting process on the laser system. With stress-free material feeding, there is no material distortion while contactless cutting with laser ensures outstanding results.

CO2 RF Laser Source - Option

Combines power, excellent beam quality, and nearly square wave pulses (9.2 / 10.4 / 10.6μm) for high processing efficiency and speed. With small heat-affected zone, plus compact, fully sealed, slab discharge construction for enhanced reliability. For some special industrial fabrics, RF Metal Laser Tube will be a better option.

Marker Pen Module

You can use the marker pen to make the marks on the cutting pieces, enabling the workers to sew easily. You can also use it to make special marks such as the serial number of the product, the size of the product, the manufacture date of the product, etc.

Ink-jet Print Module

It is widely used commercially for marking and coding products and packages. A high-pressure pump directs liquid ink from a reservoir through a gun body and a microscopic nozzle, creating a continuous stream of ink droplets via the Plateau-Rayleigh instability. Different inks are optional for specific fabrics.
